Cancellation Policy
**Furniture Moving Policy** 1. Service Overview We are committed to providing reliable and professional furniture moving services to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our furniture moving services are provided. 2. Scheduling and Availability Booking: Customers are encouraged to book their moving service at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their service up to 48 hours before the scheduled move without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a fee. 3. Pricing and Payment Estimates: All moving services will be provided with a detailed estimate, which includes labor, transportation, and any additional services requested. Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the total estimate is required at the time of booking to secure the service date. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash. 4. Customer Responsibilities Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing items for moving, including disassembling furniture and packing smaller items. We offer packing services at an additional cost if needed. Access: Customers must ensure clear access to the property, including reserving parking for the moving truck if necessary. Valuables: Customers should remove all personal and valuable items from furniture prior to moving. We are not responsible for items left in furniture. 5. Liability and Insurance Damages: While we take utmost care in handling your furniture, we are not liable for damages caused by improper packing or pre-existing conditions. 6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the move will forfeit the deposit. 7. Special Items Fragile Items: Special care is taken with fragile items, but they should be properly packed and labeled by the customer. We offer packing services for fragile items at an additional cost. Heavy/Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply for moving heavy or bulky items such as pianos, safes, or large appliances. 8.
